What we process
- Your images. Stored transiently to run the transformation. The input file is deleted immediately after successful processing; the output expires automatically about an hour after completion, and there is no long-term image storage.
- Your instruction text and the resulting processing plan, stored as job metadata.
- Payment metadata. The price, network, and on-chain transaction reference for each paid job. Your wallet address appears in on-chain settlement, which is public by the nature of the blockchain — we don't link it to any identity.
- Operational logs. Request IDs, status codes, and timing. Instruction text is redacted from logs.

What we don't do
- No accounts, no cookies, no trackers, no advertising, and no analytics scripts on this site.
- We never sell or share your images or instructions for marketing purposes, and never use them to train models.
- Image pixels are never sent to any third-party AI service — planning uses only your instruction text plus structural facts (format and byte size), and pixel processing happens on infrastructure we operate.

Service providers
Snap Fix runs on a small set of infrastructure providers, each receiving only what the service function requires:
| Provider | Purpose | What it handles |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Compute, transient storage, delivery | Images (transient), job metadata, logs |
| OpenRouter | Instruction planning (LLM) | Instruction text + file format/size only — never image pixels |
| Coinbase (CDP) | x402 payment verification/settlement | Payment payloads; no image or instruction data |

Retention
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Input images | Deleted after processing completes |
| Output images | Expire automatically ~1 hour after completion |
| Job metadata (instruction, plan, payment reference) | Retained for reconciliation and abuse prevention |
